i got off benzos a.k.a xanax, by smoking marijuana.it helps my anxiety and i wont black out eat 10 pills and die, med marijuana in western new york(buffalo) is needed. come on ny get a pair of nuts and step up to the plate ....were dieing, waiting for legalization....

Now I have court at the end of the month for simple possession.. I had under a gram.. 2 years ago I was also charged with simple possession.. Now as I understand, I'm no longer able to cross the border to the states.. for 7 years or more.. What a lovely way to treat a person in the year 2010.. I also cannot wait to pay the fines and legal fees! I can barely afford my medical expenses, why not penalize me some more.. =(

Do I need to be at the point of losing my eyesight, having my feet, or legs amputated, with severely poor circulation issues before I can be accepted to medically use marijuana? A substance nobody has ever overdosed on, or died from.. Oh but suck back some pharmaceuticals that comes with side effects, which in my case erectile dis-function from anti-depressants, totally fine, legal and easy to get a hold of... Sounds like great health care planning.. =(
