Clueless chatterbox Wolf Blitzer misses the story of course. The AP reported that Senator Kennedy, in voting for the measure, loudly said "Aye" and gave a thumbs up gesture. When you see the video, you hear Blitzer shouting so you can't hear Kennedy.
