Solo at 1:39. Got the trusty old Squier Hot Rails Deluxe Stratocaster out for this original. (I still get the most emails about this guitar out of all of them) Also back to my Rock/Funk roots. In parts I also used my Partscaster and various synths. Had a lot of fun. Note: I "finger synced"some bits on this video as I haven't worked out how to combine video clips on Windows Movie Maker! (?maybe you can't)

  • Nice. I'm thinking of putting a single coil at the neck position on mine, just to give a little more versatility

  • @365Avalon That sounds like a good idea. Never though of that but let me know how you go if you end up doing it. Thanks for watching.

  • @sarinapaparone I going to get the single coil squire deluxe and add the ducan hot rail in the bridge and then $ lace pickups single coils in the mid and neck...cause i like the maple neck...what do you think

  • @TexasBarBQ The hot rail in the bridge really works well IMO and you know I love Lace pickups too. That is the beauty of these guitars......you can mod them until your heart's content. Thanks for watching.

  • have a good arsenal fender :D *****

    cheers !!!

  • @patakan Thanks again.

  • @shufflemoomin Too late for me, I ended up replacing the guitar. Good idea though.

  • @365Avalon These pickups are 4 wired and can easily be set up for coil split. I'd recommend having that done for more versatility and hopefully would cost less than the cost of a decent pickup.

  • @TheSquierTech Hot Rails are Seymour Duncan pickups, so they are passive pickups instead of Active pickups like EMGs (means that they're wired differently) Generally this means you'll get a warmer sound with these than EMGs.

  • @OutlanderPr Cheers. Thanks for watching.
