@shufflemoomin Too late for me, I ended up replacing the guitar. Good idea though.

@365Avalon These pickups are 4 wired and can easily be set up for coil split. I'd recommend having that done for more versatility and hopefully would cost less than the cost of a decent pickup.
-
@TheSquierTech Hot Rails are Seymour Duncan pickups, so they are passive pickups instead of Active pickups like EMGs (means that they're wired differently) Generally this means you'll get a warmer sound with these than EMGs.

@OutlanderPr Cheers. Thanks for watching.

Nice. I'm thinking of putting a single coil at the neck position on mine, just to give a little more versatility

@365Avalon That sounds like a good idea. Never though of that but let me know how you go if you end up doing it. Thanks for watching.

@sarinapaparone I going to get the single coil squire deluxe and add the ducan hot rail in the bridge and then $ lace pickups single coils in the mid and neck...cause i like the maple neck...what do you think

@TexasBarBQ The hot rail in the bridge really works well IMO and you know I love Lace pickups too. That is the beauty of these guitars......you can mod them until your heart's content. Thanks for watching.
