I was involved with secret Project Groucho. A secret army of Groucho Marx impersonators were told to secretly run through the forest in front of secret enemy armies in secret. this is a truly incredibe story. But I fear that is just what it is. The CIA have already released files relating to 'embarrassing' projects with mind control and testing drugs on kids/civilians (G'gle MK Ultra declassified) If Duncan's story is factual then he'd be hell bent on catscans/xrays.Nothing doing apparently.Leads me to wonder about his motives and the people behind him.I hate to seem so sceptical but proving his claims is possible-but Duncan holds back.Why?
