just like in my how to vid on softmodding a ps2 fat, its pretty much the same thing for the slim except for a couple of things. here are all the supplies needed.
SUPPLIES!!!!!
A copy of 007 Agent under Fire (Forget what i said, GREATEST HITS VERSION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED TO WORK!!!)
1 Ps2 Slim
8-16 MB Memory card (Sony brand)
Computer or Laptop with internal DVD Burner (It can be external Burner too)
Either tape, clay, sticky tack, or electrical tape.
A small piece of Paper.
A USB Flash, Thumb, or converter drive
Philips Head Screwdriver
DVD+R or DVD-R

I suggest you use DVD-R instead of DVD+R to increase lens life.
