How do you mix your dyes or where do you get them? Where do you get you silk? what kind would be good for flags?

@deniseerby0913 Hi there Denise, thanks for dropping by! I buy French dyes, New Zealand dyes, American dyes - some I buy from the dye manufacturers and some I buy in powder form to create my own dyes. They are all permanent colours and gorgeous and bright. I buy a lot of my silk in China - I have a lady there who sews for me. As for silk for flags, I've never painted a silk flag - sounds like a great project. For the type of silk I suggest asking in your local fabric store. Have fun!!

@abfabdesigns Hi Teena, good to hear from you, no, I have not done anyy silkpainting than the one with the solar paints. Lots of fun. I lost my ties, now I cannot stretch my silk, is it possible you can sent me some? Email me with your bank# so I can transfer the money.
