Jail or Army jaise situation mein jo same sex relationships banti hai use MSM bola jata hai -- Men who have Sex with Men. This can due to a lack of opposite sex partners and frustration. But they are not exactly gay. Gay or straight mein fark waisa hi hai, ki koi roti pasand karta hai, koi chawal. Dono kha zaroor rahein hai. He is talking about rape and sodomy and calling it homosexuality, it happens even in straight situations, is their anything called forced heterosexuality then?

Just because he is a doctor, it does not mean he knows about homosexuality. He is a cardiologist, not a psychiatrist. He is expressing his personal view which is very limited. Waise bhi inhe chapaas ki bimari hai. Situational homosexuality naam ki koi cheez nahi hoti. Agar kiso ko ragging ke dauran sodomise kiya jata hai, to wo na to gay banta hai, nahi use woh experience pasand aana shuru hota hai. That is just rape and should be punished under law.
