Zach Churchill, the national director of the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations discusses MP Dan McTeague's bill, which would give Canadians a tax break when contributing to Registered Education Savings Plans.
Churchill notes that any help for students is a good thing, and an investment in the economy, but notes that this plan will mostly help middle and higher income Canadians and that more needs to be done to target those who are unable to access higher education in the first place.
