【材料】:大腸頭2條、青蔥2支、芹菜1支、紅辣椒1支、蒜末1小匙、香油1大匙、黑胡椒粒1大匙、白胡椒粉1小匙、鹽1小匙、雞粉1小匙、糖1小匙
【做法】:
1、把滷好的大腸頭切段,放入油溫約200度的油鍋中油炸,炸至酥香後撈起、轉大火加熱油鍋,再將大腸頭回鍋炸,炸至微焦後撈起瀝油。
2、起熱鍋倒入香油,爆香蔥花、芹菜末、辣椒後熄火,再放入蒜泥拌炒;把炸好的大腸頭放入,加入雞粉、糖、胡椒粉、黑胡椒粉調味;最後放入蔥段、開中火拌炒即完成。
