OK, my story - had been smoking for 9 years, had been trying to quit few times, was able to quit those times for a month or so, then started to smoke again.

I believed that it will hapen, but I will need the right reason. Then I proposed to my fiancee, and after seeing this video, I just understood that this is one of the ways I can avoid loosing her... hope you get what I mean... from that evening when I saw this video, I quit - it will be 1 year in November 19. Will never ever smoke again!

To quit smoking you only need to understand one thing - that the nicotine is causing the craving, not relieving it!

If you can't stop smoking after knowing this, you don't understand it properly. Think some more about it.

Quiting smoking is vastly easier to do than most people think. The thing about nicotine is that it deceives the reward center in the brain into thinking the cig is bringing enjoyment and relaxation, when exactly the opposite is true. The body goes reacts by constricting blood vessles. So you say? Studies have proven that the human penis and heart shrinks as a result of smoking. This leads various forms of heart disease, cancer, and impotence. Think hard . Then make your decision .

@harrys84 yes, if you ride in a car, you may die in a car accident, but if you dont smoke, you will not get cancer from a smokeing. its a lot easyer to not smoke, than not ride in a car
