How to make Frozen Carrot cubes, dry the Carrot Pulp, & a Quick Carrot Apple juice!!

Use frozen cubes to make quick drinks & smoothies. Also can be used in cooking: soups, tomato sauces, almost anything!

Fiber can be used in anything, be creative. I've used it to make juice, smoothies, added it to spaghetti sauce, and ground meats(no offense to vegetarians).

To make green cubes follow instruction for my green lemonade just use water & greens.

Food processor can be used to grind the fiber. I used the dry container that comes with the Vit-Mix.

@tubmansolution I use a Nesco, it was the only brand in the store. It serves me well for what I do. But if you want to get real serious & make dehydrating a lifestyle you could try the Excalibur. It's square. Good luck!
