  • The first paragraph is the best piece of writing I've seen anywhere to date.

the imagery and sense of self is sheer genus.

The way he makes the music flow with his words just adds to this American art.

Not even the most acclaimed poets can reach that kind of inner feeling and imagery.

  • @hiphophead397 He's Canadian, noy American.

  • @DarkKnightTrinity America is a set of two continents. Canada is in one of them. This is American art in the same way that you'd say something is European art.

  • @TRIPPYtheHIPPYboy I realize that, but the person whom spoke that was not making the same distinction.

  • Thats cool. Almost everything he does is amazing. Even his new shit which some peeps hate on 4 sum reason.

  • I personally like his switch to a blues and folk style. Not that I don't like his underground rap.

  • Buck has been keeping me sane for years now. First saw him in Edinburgh in about 2001/2002 then in london - he was just awesome and liked to party with the crowd after :)

As far as i'm concerned he's the most underrated artist of the past 10yrs...but i guess i kinda like it that way.

This song is one of his best.

  • I almost cried hearing this, I used to know a girl who called me up crying , she had a messed up life, well she is either listening to music now or she commited suicide, you can't open yourself up to some people who have had to much pain in life, its the reality of the world, the weak perish, maybe I should have spoke to her, but I knew in my heart its not worth it, she could not even help herself.

  • This hole thing is the definition of old white culture, it was not socially acceptable at all to do incest, only the aristocracy did it, middle east and india on the other hand......pretty sick people

  • ILL DOSE OF BUCKLEY.. love him.

  • @hiphophead397 I agree, man. He's like what Miles Davis did for jazz. Turned it down, made it very emotional, not about the dancing, but more about soul. That's cliche as hell, but it's how I figure it. I'm stoned, what do I know? Anyways, man, yeah. And @DarkKnightTrinity He means that rap is an American art. Which it is. Much like jazz. Peace out. Yo.

  • love this man's writing, soul and style, damn.

  • the symphony what fuckin sick

  • @hiphophead397 eyedea & abilities :) too rip
