"Narusegawa Live!". My latest personal project based on a real live concert; "Love Live Hina" in Japan in the summer of 2000. The concert starred the voice actresses of the characters of the popular japanese TV series Love Hina.

This almost six minutes long animation is, indeed, a cartoonish (or anime-ish, if you like) recreation of the song "Yakusoku", which featured in the concert. Therefore, instead of rendering the singer/voiceactress (Yui Horie), I substituded her for the character she played on the TV show (Narusegawa Naru).

Much more information, including how the animation was made, my other works, a complete gallery of images and my curriculum vitae are available at www.andresangelini.com

You may also go to my Youtube channel, "andresangelini" and check out my videos, previews, test render, and more.

A note regarding the credits:

I know that most of the people may not be concerned when it comes to these things. Nevertheless, I feel that I should state that I haven't been able to find information about who composed the main song used in this presentation, namely "Yakusoku". As for the one used in the credits (ironic, isn't it?), "Warmth" which is featured in the "Love Hina Original Soundtrack", I found out on the web that the composer seems to be Korenaga Koichi, but I just couldn't retified this in any oficial database. For such reason, I decided not to acredit them to avoid any mistake. I do apolagize for this, and any information you may have would be very much appreciated. Post it here or write me to rubiola2004@yahoo.com.

Thank you.

  • Yes, I made it more than two years ago inspired by a real live concert. As soon as saw it, I wanted to make an animation based on it. However, the original character design, name and song are not my intellectual property at all. There is more information on the video description and on my website about how it was made and what software was used, but feel free to ask me any question you might have. =)
