Just an FYI for those that do not know, slavery was a secondary issue like immigration is today. The fight was excessive taxation of the southern states for their crops being sold to Europe. Lincoln was quoted saying I would have not freed the slaves if it would have not caused a war. We are paying even more taxes than they felt leaving the union was worth. I am proud of my ancestors stand against a tyrannical government, over taxing the populous.

@PatriotTex The taxes that were ONE OF THE ISSUES BUT NOT THE MAIN ISSUE were import taxes, nothing like today's federal taxes. Lincoln didn't attempt to free the slaves until after the turn of the war , contrary to your history claiming he did so preceding it [to cause it] precisely because he wanted peace. The war was about states rights...a state's right to own slaves and separated from a union that enforced otherwise. Slavery was a primary issue.

And I, too, love the music produced by you Celtic, Scots Irish, Anglo Saxon, African, French, Native American, Mexican American, and Jewish American residents aof that particular portion of the North American continent. The good parts of the culture should be preserved. but "The South" is realy just a point on a compass.
