Republican Bradley Byrne kicked off his 2010 gubernatorial bid in Huntsville by proposing to call the Alabama Legislature into special session to address ethics reform if he is elected governor -- a mere 7 weeks after Democrat Artur Davis had promised to do the same things. You might say great minds think alike, although one obviously thinks 7 weeks later than the other.
