  • I have eaten this dish prepared by Chef Justin and can testify to its amazingness. I was never a big fan of salmon, but the poppy seed crust and miso sauce changed that - divine! As an out-of-towner, I'd describe Azur as an upscale bistro that feels comfortable and modern. The service is top notch. The menu and food selections are fresh and unique, comparable to (and surpassing) any first class restaurant around the world. If you are in Lexington, you must eat here.
