tofu 1
chicken 300g
hakusai(chinese cabbage) 200g
negi(Spring onion) 1
maitake mushroom 1
mizuna
soymilk 450ml
dashi(dried bonito water) 100cc
miso(white miso) 80g
sake 45cc


食材(2から3人分)
豆腐 1丁
鶏モモ肉 300g
白菜 200g
ネギ 1本
水菜 適量
まいたけ 1株分
豆乳(成分無調整) 450ml
だし汁(かつお) 100cc
白みそ 80g
日本酒 大さじ3

  • Great recipe! I used red miso instead of white miso, but the results were still tasty. : )

  • Why microwave the nappa cabbage, in the 15 minutes of simmering it would have cooked anyway. Otherwise though, this is a combo i really have to try!
