Running My Way Back Into Your Heart- Chapter Five Part Two!

[Joe's Pov]

"Nick. I need to talk to you about something." I said as soon as the girls had gone upstairs and I heard the door close. "Go for it bro." Nick said, giving me his undivided attention. "I'm going all out for Addison tonight. Well. Not all out. But I'm taking her to all her favorite places. I'm hoping it's going to be a really special night." I babbled, watching Nick's eyes glaze over. "Don't fall asleep on me now bro. This is where I need some advice." I said, standing up and walking around a bit. "What, are you going to ask her to marry you or something?" Nick asked, watching me pace the room. "No, no, no. But I do want to go all the way with her." I mumbled, unsure if Nick would find this topic awkward or not. "You mean like sex?" he asked, raising his arms up as he stretched. "Yeah. We've talked about it before. But I told her I wanted our first time to be special. So I'm going to make tonight as special as I possibly can, and hopefully something will come out of it. So do you have any tips, pointers, anything? I'm freaking out Nicky." I basically yelled, shaking Nick by his shoulders. "Calm. Down. Joseph. I've never had sex in my life, but I advise using a condom if you don't want to get her pregnant, and be sure both of you are absolutely ready." Nick voiced, handing me a piece of paper out of his wallet. "What's this?" I questioned, slowly unfolding it. "Aunt Cindy's number. She owns a beach house. Doesn't Addison love beaches? Take her there for something special." Nick explained, standing up from the couch. "Well I already planned to take her to the beach, but I never thought of a beach house. I was going to use a crappy hotel room, but this is a much better idea." I admitted, giving Nick a big hug. "Yeah. You're welcome." Nick said, walking into the kitchen. "Thanks. Couldn't have asked for better help." I confessed, grabbing my cell phone out of my pocket.

I called my aunt and she said it was fine if I used the beach house for the night. Of course she wanted to know what I needed it for, so I had to tell her I was taking my girlfriend of nine months there, and how I wanted our first time to be special, and how Addison loves beaches and by the end of the conversation we made an arrangement for me to pick the key up in a few minutes. My family is so understanding. I did ask her to keep it a secret from my parents and Kevin. They're not too fond of the whole 'sex before marriage' deal. Ahh well. Not everyone in a family can have the same views on one thing. As I was still waiting for Addison to get ready, I quickly drove over to my aunts' house. We talked for a couple minutes, she gave me the key, and I headed back home. It was a quiet drive as I thought about what tonight could bring me. I was so excited to have some alone time with Addy. And I couldn't wait to see the look on her face when I brought her to all of her favorite places. Hopefully she thinks I'm being romantic and not just doing it all to get her in bed. Because that's not true at all. I love Addison with my entire heart, and I would never do anything like that. I would definitely go on this date with her tonight, even if we weren't going to have sex. And we could end up not having sex. It all depends on if I play my cards right and keep her happy the whole night.

Once I got back home Addison still wasn't ready. Nick must've went back home because I couldn't find him anywhere, and I highly doubt he went upstairs where it was fashion 101. I really hoped what I was wearing would be alright. Addison sure was taking a long time. I'll most likely look like scum next to her no matter what I wear. [AN: But we all know that's not true because it's impossible for Joe-Joe Bear, or any Jonas at that to look bad. Ever.] She's so beautiful. I was wearing a blue and white plaid long sleeve shirt with a white v-neck underneath and a dark pair of skinny jeans that were a couple sizes too big. Good enough for me. I sat on the couch for what felt like another hour until I heard Addy and Alyssa's voices getting closer. I figured they were coming down the stairs. I quickly jumped off the couch, turned the tv off, and walked towards the staircase. I turned the corner, unveiling the most beautiful girl I had ever seen in my entire life.
