as soon as i unlocked the image, a hand cursor is always on instead of the normal pointer cursor and i cant edit ana=ything in picture, even if i restart photoshop. help please.

Try rebooting your computer. Photoshop uses a lot of memory and sometimes when it runs low, crazy things happen like not being able to change to the correct tools.

When i delete my white Background it turns black.
How do i make it checkerd, because when i draw it onto my image instead of it haveing to background it has a black background instead :/

You probably have a layer below your logo layer. Make sure that your logo layer is by itself when you delete the white background.
