The Afghanistan below Hindu Kush mountains has historically been a part of India. It was so before Mahmud of Ghazni invaded and conquered it. He destroyed all Indian heritage and culture prevelant there and established the foundations of Islam there, which coninues till date!

Technically all land below Hindu Kush and Himalayas, and to the west of Sulaiman belong to India, as they all sit on Indian Plate. No offense. I ain't claiming any territory here. Just expressing brotherhood toward Afghans
