Are there watches that are time zone sensitive? As in, do they adjust their times appropriately to the time zone you're in?

I have a small observation and correction... the 'GMT' is actually not a GMT, as it did not move when you moved the hour hands. It is a date hand hence the numbers 1-31 on the bezel. That watch I'm pretty sure might have another way to adjust the date, but as far is I know, you have to go through the times on the actual watch to get to it (from experience). Otherwise great video!!
