  • Newfoundland Landseer / St Bernard cross ???? A LANDSEER IS NOT A CROSS BREED AND IT'S NOT A SAINT BERNARD !

  • @SAQQUSAWRU

Holy moly buddy, it's not that complicated. A black and white Newfoundlander had pups with a Saint Bernard... what do you suggest I call them then MUTTS? They are certainly not Border Collies or Shepherds sheesh!

I understand that the original European Landseer is not around anymore... but this is what they call Black and White Newfs now :)

  • Where did you get her?

  • @hydrosensation1

I got her from a farm in the Country. Her owners had a female pure bred show Newf Landseer, the owners boyfriend moved in with an old Saint Bernard. Before she could get her to breed with another pure bred Newf the Old Saint got to her. She was sold to me as a mutt :)

  • you probably have to give her 5lbs of food lol :) im getting one of these dogs :)

  • @lampard8soccer

I hope you got one. They are wonderful dogs. She is full grown now and eats 2 cups of food 3 times a day. Plus apples and carrots :)

  • ok its a cross that looks more li a cross that's looks more like a saint bernard .a cute one must say.tough it's not so much a cross becouse they where crossed once for a short time fot the fur of the newfe but they stoped. It looks beautyfull

  • FOOD AND WATER BOWLS ARE WAY TO SMALL AND THEY NEED TO BE ELEVATED TO PREVENT BLOAT..

  • @PlanetchicTam thats alot of food lol my aussie gets like half a big can of wet food and a cup of dry food a day so its gonna be a big difference

  • @TheRimDoctor

Landseers are genetically hereditary in the Newfoundland breed. Sometimes you can have two blacks, and their litter will turn up one or two.

Landseer is a black and white newf.

  • Queen nice
