Special Investigator of the TARP, Part 2 (Inspector General Barofsky's Opening Statement)

Every American should carefully examine the testimony and report of the Special Inspector General. It discusses the ways federal corporations are being used to leverage a congressional allocation of $700 billion into an even vaster sum of money. The Special Investigator concluded that American taxpayers have used $23.7 trillion of their credit to cover the holes in the global financial system.
