The voice is Jake Wood, he's an English actor currently in British soap opera "EastEnders" which is set in the east end of London. It's one of the highest rated shows in Britain.

it's English - and its one of the new accents derived fron either side of the River Thames known as Estaury English and often portrayed in the likes of Indie films by people such as Guy Richie.
