  • I flew SAA between Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. I'm an American.

  • Not sure, I haven't flown SAA since August 2007

  • My best flight ever was with a SAA Airbus from London to Capetown... the "AirScape" entertainment system kicks ass, as the service does!

  • The best i've seen!!

  • The narrator is obviously South African and is not "British" as it does not make sence to have a different accent...its like an Australian on a Delta safety video

  • Its not really an afrrican airlline its really south african.

  • 1.turn on the cc

    2.wait until 1:11

3."placed in moscow perpetually open up and friedman reformed he likes to talk about japan"

    :)

  • I saw this when I went for World Cup. The best safety video I have ever seen!

  • @SouthAfricanAirways1 Of course.

  • @SIAtoSingapore This may be true, but she is definitely South African regardless of her accent.

  • @SouthAfricanAirways1 My understanding is that standard South African English derives almost directly some form of British English. I've also asked this question to a British user (living near London) on Youtube, and she confirmed that the accent is a normal southern London accent.

  • @SIAtoSingapore She is speaking with A SA English accent. She is South African not British, that's why you couldn't get her accent.

  • Hey, everyone. Does anybody know what type of accent the narrator is speaking with? I've listened to received pronunciation many times on BBC broadcasts and such and this just doesn't sound exactly the same... Is this a South African variation of RP, or is it a particular local accent in Britain? I'd really like to know... Thanks!

  • That little guy is hilarious!
