Nice to see a video of some real machine work being done, as opposed to brass or aluminum. Nice chuck too btw, I use that same one nearly every day.

what speeds and feeds were you running? Were you using greenleaf ceramics?

from what i've heard, inconel starts to glow at low temperatures, but can withstand high temperatures and is pretty light?

coolant + ceramic = explosion. Agreed in this, he is just using Air as the cooling process and to clear chips away.

Haha, funny how people think you ALWAYS need coolant. Most tools nowadays are better off running dry than with coolant. Try it sometime.
