The suicide of a seven year old Florida foster kid has state lawmakers enraged and looking for answers. Gabriel Myers was on several mind-altering medications when he hung himself in Broward County this April. As Whitney Ray tells us, his death is shedding light on the overwhelming number of foster youth being subscripted psychotropic drugs and could lead to legislation to fix the problem.
@AnneFox7 The Multi-Disciplinary teams take over from the Alberta Response Model teams but by that time the child has been attacked severely by the case manager in a Muchhausen's by Proxy assault which is often including refusal to allow the child to see their regular doctor, refusal to allow the child to see their dentist, removal of the child from the school so that teachers that knew the child before the vicious assault will not be involved. School teams only get money when they attack.

In most cases the parents are either tricked into signing and that in many cases information regarding medical care is falsified to them. The use of doctors and social workers and nurse teams to give false information to a parent and to trick them into allowing treatments is often done. In Alberta when a mother disagrees she loses the right to see her child. The decision is the case managers in any case. the parents lose the right to make decisions for their child.
