Speakers Bio:

Judge Barry Stuart, B.A., LLB., O.P.N.G. has 30 years experience working with various forms of alternative dispute resolution in both national and international settings. He has been involved in the use of peacemaking circles for fifteen years in both the public and private sectors. He has worked as a lawyer, mediator, consensus facilitator, policy analyst to government, chief land claims negotiator, and professor of law at Osgoode Hall and Dalhousie law schools. Judge Stuart has also carried out post graduate research in law and appropriate dispute resolution in Canada, England, and the United States. He lectures and writes on a broad variety of topics, including restorative justice.

I love canadian but the same can not be said about their jusice system. it is baseless and if people knew that and stood together for as long as it takes it would fall apart.
