that had to be painful landing on the table and rolling off. and falling with legs split on end of table. little more angle and would had been intense pain! i have come down with one leg on one side and one leg on other side of high hurdles when jumping 110 high hurdles in track. is very painful!!!!!! the situp ramp chest flys are working well on your chest. impressive job with the under cuts on lower edge of chest muscle.

Hey dude I really wanna learn those cause I have pop shuv tailgrabs really good. Any tips?

@TimothyLinkous um try grabbin it when the pop shuv-it is is at like 90 degrees and then really use your thumb to flick it at hard as you can, but it's really somethin you got to play around with and practice a lot to get down
