  • One thing I notice about your diet video, U ALWAYS have that scale!! and thanx to you I know how to count my macros... :-).... I also bought a scale.. works wonderful!

    Unbleached Wheat Flour, (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Yeast, Salt, Honey, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Basil, and/or Oregano. Topping: Pizza Sauce (Crushed Tomatoes, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Olive Oil, Dehydrated Romano Cheese (Whey Powder, Cow's Milk), Spices, Garlic Powder), Mozzarella Cheeses (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes).

    There is whey powder in it ;)
