  • Tavis should keeping about Afro - American needs, European - Americans did not stand on their two feet, they stood on the backs of Black Folks from 1601 until today thank you

  • Oh brother...

Doesn't Tavis have anything else to talk about, besides how African-Americans need/deserve special treatment?

The vast majority of African-Americans, are ordinary middle-class citizens, and just as capable of standing on their own two feet, as European-Americans are.

This is the 21st century, not the 1960s.

  • I would add to what Tavis said by saying that we really need to eat healthier and cleaner diets.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables (preferably organic).

Grow your own organic foods, if you can.

    Don't smoke, or stop smoking.

Exercise (walking, weight training, etc.) - do what works best for you.

Stress reduction - take time to enjoy life, relax, meditate, prayer, Qigong,

    Tai Chi, etc.
