tbh I think those are fake tattoo sleeves, I'm almost positive he have that many tattoos. That and he's wearing those bracelets/wristbands to cover it I'm pretty sure

People do it sometimes for shows, I've worn huge 80s wigs when I've played live before lol. Even wigs with dreadlocks. Just for the sake of performance and entertainment.
