I respect cops but that guy is a jerk I'm sorry. What's "irresponsible" is having a hundred officers surround this building, waiting to haul a little french dude to jail when he turns himself in. Aren't there any real crimes, like murders, rapes, robberies, being committed right now? Why aren't they off taking care of that business instead of jerking around with this guy? If I were attacked, I'd hate to think the cops didn't get there on time because they were busy watching Spiderman. Stupid.
