Delgado was a huge part of our success in 2006, I hope that he gets healthy soon, and then reaches the 500 home run mark before he retires.

im from toronto and watched carlos all his career i know his stats personality and swing mechanics like the back of my hand he can heat up at any moment, once he swings at good pitches the skies the limit.

Id love to see delgado back for one more year in 2010!!! But is it worth the risk??? I think so we still got murphy at 1st just incase...And weve seen murphy can handle 1st base and deliver some power!!! Here's to a healthy 2010 season!!

delgado had a nice first year with the mets and was a MONSTER during his first ever postseason...in 07 he struggled badly n some say he was injured.....in 08 he had one of the most amazing 2nd half combacks n "almost" singlehandely brought the mets back to the playoffs...this past year (09) he was having a good year until he went down
