There are several areas I see as potential inabilities to grow large quantities of Algae. They are the limited amount of light, relying on Mother Nature means half the day will be in darkness. Also Temperature is limited to what is being exposed at the surface of your pond, the ground stays 54°F year round. Does the Algae not prefer warmer climates to grow at maximum output? What about contamination for strains of algae floating in the air? Do you know that Bb is toxic to humans and horses?
