Heres what my guess for what the Yoruichi interview is about...

Mentioning Ichigo after the introduction, Kon was imagining himself together with Yoruichi but she cut him off. Knowing that she earned the title Goddess of Flash, he asked her to do something flashy and, well lost his mane. XD

Heres my guess for what the Kenpachi interview is about...

Kon was told that his guest was a secret and he was hoping that it would be a good looking lady. Turned out that it was Kenpachi and Kon was upset by this. However, Kenpachi became angrier when he overheard Kons complaint and noticed that he was unenthusiastic towards him. Then, seeing this as a waste of time you know the rest.

@forrestfire101CLUB Well I didn't get mine from the UK realy :3 I went on the UK ebay and got one. Yes it does work on a UK/US PSP even if it's japanese, if it's not on ebay wait a while, they're mostly sold on ebay ;)
