Does this person not understand that weapons have to be picked up from someone with an FFL, as in a gun shop. That being said, I've had simalar problems, like the seller climing he's now only going to sell as part of a package with extra mags and shit, after I've already paid for it. Or selling me somthing that is highley abused or partially broken for almost NEW value.
