Fanatec 911 BROKEN NO FF

My broken fanatec 911 turbo wheel, about 10 days old, first the lower most button pops off and now the force feedback is shot,

you can see what happens when i plug the wheel in, and if i leave it plugged in and play a game, it smells like its burning and going to catch on fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This wheel is not even 2 weeks old and i have paid over $360 for it!!!!!!

It better be replaced by fanatec.

I was talking with Thomas (aka arnold schwarzenegger the owner/manager) and he was giving me tips on it before it broke, but then it broke again and i told him and he stopped replying to my emails..... its been a week since it broke and no reply from him (he usually would reply within a few hours of a message) so i dont know whats going to happen....

got a need wheel, and it broke it a week!!!!!!!!!!!! AGAIN!

this wheel cannot stand to be drifted with, 45% ingame 66% on wheel and the burnt out again.

actually i was drifting in LFS using a 4wd RB4, i was in autocross drifting cirlces and the wheel wanted to over and under steer at the same time, i think it was just too fast for the wheel to compensate, it started thrusting the opposite direction and jolted very hard, like it had no idea what to do, then it just let go.,

@xilix think about it. How many broken fanatec videos on youtube are there?? not many. This wheel is very well built (built by germans!) and is very reliable. best wheel on the market

Jesus. I was really thinking about getting one of these, Not so sure now. Just the fact that the owner stopped responding to his emails makes me want to buy from another company, because that's just very disrespectful and cold to be all friendly and open, and as soon as it breaks, he disappears? I want a nice wheel for iRacing, but I also have Forza, so, would be nice to use one wheel for both, so I'm quite torn now. Can't afford to deal with the bullshit of a broken wheel.
