Im not saying mike tyson is the best shadow boxer in the world but he is the best shadow boxer iv seen because of his technique he uses and his power he puts into it with his body even though he isnt hitting anything.

I believe that Tyson had faster hand speed that Ali. If you look at the way Ali shadowboxed, he was loose and had his hands open when doing so. Tyson however had his hands closed, hip behind every punch and used perfect technique! And he was still faster than Ali. The reason for Tyson's great punching power was mostly because've his perfect technique, the way he bent his knees, sat into his punches, always landed with the knuckles and always had great leverage because've his great footwork.
