I was a Decca repairment (US army) and stationed at Phan Thiet for a couple of months about May, June 1968 and then transferred to Tay Ninh City for the rest of my tour until early 69 when we crated up the equipment and I rotated back to the world. Thanks for the photos and some good memories and some bad memories that with time are not quite so bad. Gary Wampler
