Yours seem good compared to this chart, from the Champions Site. Althought if you lag, it's cause of the game's bad optimization. Theres no way I should get 20 FPS on This game, when I get way more in Crysis Maxed out out.

The class was Power Armor, but the mines are just drop items from the Qularrs.

caution! these qularr mine don't work on several faction like evil spirit(AKA ghost), fire demon, PSI, gadroom, sea creature and irradiated. as well they are only work on henchman and lvl must be around the user's lvl and maximum lvl to be trap is 6.....which render it useless in most condition in later mission.
