@OnlyLifeMatters Yes, it was laid down as a Yamato.
-
@Contrajoe I know, it was still laid down as Yamato though?
-
@TheYamato101 Yamato was 863 feet vs 887 feet for Iowa.
-
@OnlyLifeMatters 2 and 1 converted to a carrier (Shinano)
-
Yamato totaly sucked. Expensive, and what was the outcome? Only used one time. Like the Bismarck.
-
I think the fuso was huge, but its armor stinks
-
that damn xlive dll:/
-
only strong armor....nothing else...
-
@Joeemming1 Actually no, Yamato is the biggest. Both theoretically and especially technically. Because not a single Montana class ship was ever built, while three Yamatos were constructed.
-
@OnlyLifeMatters Technically the Montana Class was the biggest but it was never used in a battle

If it couldent fire both its AA guns and main guns I doubt the reason would of been shortage of men, i'd put my money on, the blast force of the main guns which would of stunned anyone who was on deck who was ducking.
