Mind you they are are from past centuries, before modern science really got to where it is today. And wise is also a relative term. And you're right, that would be a horrible fallacy, if I meant that. I merely meant if people so intelligent don't think it's real then it shouldn't be brushed over the shoulder. And be whom ever you want to be, I don't really care about that to be honest. I'm not going to argue with you, some random dude on the internet isn't going to change your views, goodbye.

The claim "there is a god" is inherently un-falsifiable. Science only concerns itself with falsifiable propositions. The fact that you cannot disprove the existence of a god or gods means that it cannot be subjected to scientific, or indeed philosophical scrutiny.

Plus, have you ever actually looked at the way the universe is set up? the human body alone has a multitude of flaws that even a freshman engineer could easily see and fix.

Even after listening to this version for ten years, it still strikes me as the best, hands down.

Holy shit, religious arguments are ubiquitous on the internet, aren't they? I hate to be part of it, but I would like to point out your argument used the "Burden of Truth" fallacy, which is a fallacy (obviously). Also, you used the Straw Man fallacy for your point. Both fallacies. Plus, most of the smartest people on earth don't believe in a god, they must follow logic, right? I believe they know what they are doing, so I wouldn't take what they believe for a grain of salt.
