  • @IHappenToBe Hello: I am the founder of this orchestra, the principal oboist. Alastair was great with us! We had four rehearsals. We are forty musicians from all over the US and Canada that I fly in to perform. We set up with split violins because of the physical aspects of our 'hall.' or church. I also like the acoustics so you can hear the interplay of the violin lines. Thanks for posting!

  • Congratulations!

    May I ask some questions?

    a) How many reharsals did it take?

    b) I've thought of conducting the measures after the fermata slower, until the forte, what's your opinion on that?

    c) What's the reason for arranging that way the violins position? (The seconds on the right) Is it merely acoustic?

Sorry for bothering. I hope you can answer. Thank you

  • Muy buena versión, Felicidades¡
