I'd buy one if I had a lot of drywalling to do. It looks a lot faster than a knife. Is it currently under patent?

I'd rather a knife & tape measure anyday. that fucker doesnt fit in anyones pocket or bucket!

Mmm...Presumably you have to set the measure everytime you want to cut the board. (Well, at the end of the run at any rate!!) Don't get me wrong, for novices, or the occasional DIYer, it's good. But you'll not see them on site. It'd slow you down too much. A tape measure, a Stanley knife, and practice is all you need. I've been boarding for the last 8 years, and I can cut straight without one of those. Good demo though, K.

dude... im assuming it costs a penny or two. and when you can do the same job with a box cutter and a tape im not sure id buy one. good idea, but a bit of practice with your normal tools, its really not needed.
