I never thought I'd see the day in which I'd have a customer service experience that eclipsed an insurance company that sent me full circle trying to reach one department (all said they couldn't help me, that I needed to speak to someone else) as the worst I've experienced. Well it's finally happened. A part of me wonders whether these imbeciles actually are taught to give the worst customer service possible.

1949 Time warner Est, 1970 Telstar 1 the first satillite launches. Since then over 4000 satillites have launched. .I have watched internet progress in my life time. Any company behind a sattilite is at fault for not using all the bandwidth. Im adding up lifes pennys and many sattilite services are a monopoly. To think there overhead ( sat ) was covered 30 years ago- Yet they wont show it, They are working out rural bandwith caps. When they need to invest our money towards are satisfaction
