I bungled some banana pancakes this past weekend -- bananas directly on the griddle melted away, first producing gooey banana and finally just giving me black sticky char and round indentations in my pancakes -- with banana marks wwhere the black parts (seeds?) had been!
That actually reminded me of Melt Banana, leading me to YouTube. Full circle!
