You can find on Youtube a French version of this song by its composer, just type in
T'es Pas Un Autre (Buffy Sainte-Marie).

Wow, how many songs did Evie Sands do before others had hits with them? This song, written by Buffy Ste. Marie, was recorded by a lot of people. None of them had a really huge hit with it. Elvis, of all people, probably had the most successful version.
