It is the 100th Years of Fun at the Pacific National Exhibition in Vancouver BC. With 2010 being the centennial year, this year's procession is bigger and better than ever before. Floats, pageant queens, marching bands, people in costumes, clowns, and even a troop of Elvis impersonators doing a tribute to the King of Rock and Roll. As usual, Red Robinson was there. Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson arrived in a horse-drawn carriage. Everyone is enjoying the party atmosphere building up to the next 17 fun-filled days at the fairground with rides, ferries wheels, West Coast Lumberjack Show, RCMP Musical Rides etc. [Produced by Ray Van Eng] www.vancouver21.com

I did move about. Having no tripod gave me more of that freedom. I try to avoid shooting through people as much as possible. It's true, most of the Elvises were females.

@Ezdduf4kuZ I like all those young Elvis impersonators, there must of been a hundred of them in three sets @0:35, I wonder how many are females? @1:32 is the city mayor, Gregg and @2:03 the parade is underway. I was probably within talking distance of you, we may of even looked at each other man, cause I was standing in almost the same spot, I remember that open window on the 2nd floor corner suite @3:09. the 2 people appear to be eating whatever. Dal Richards @3:22 & @4:21 IS THAT MY CAMERA?

I had finished watching part 2 of a series by another sender and thought I'd shake on over and see what else is posted. Even if its shakey and your getting heads in the way, it's highside better than no video at all...right. I do notice your not using tripods either but seem to be in control. I was standing at the entrance of the park and Beach ave and crowds were very thin there, and filled in somewhat, but i know i would of setup tripods and camcorder, as i would of had a great perch but ..
