2010 27" Core i5 2.8 Ghz Radeon 5750 Apple iMac Running COD 4 Modern Warfare 2

COD 4 MW2 runs perfectly in 2560x1440 with the new 2.8 Ghz quad Core i5 iMac.

This is a multiplayer Ground War Domination game captured with FRAPS at half-resolution, 30 FPS, no audio, to limit impact of capture on the actual game.

Settings are 2560x1440 (native) res, everything on except antialiasing (the dot pitch is so tiny on this monitor antialiasing is unnoticable), automatic textures.

The fraps display shows 59 FPS during the capture, but the FRAPS 60s benchmark when the capture is off shows a min/max/avg of 47, 92, 69.

Today I was playing and noticed some slowdown for the first time, but only on the Carnival map, and only when smoke was nearby or I was in a busy battle with akimbo guns.

It wasn't a big deal, but just something that wouldnt have happened on my Core i7 2.66 Dell with Radeon 5770 in 1920x1200.

what kind of mouse are you using? A normal or the magic?

@elazzja I don't remember what I was using in this video - either my Logitech G5 or the magic mouse.

I was surprised how well I could play after a half hour with the magic mouse, but it has no advantage to me over the G5 except that its wireless and matches the iMac.

@rubenandpimslapping I have now a dual HD 6970 with MDP and it works great can play all games maxed out 40 - 110 FPS :-)
